Having had melanoma, I am familiar with derm offices around the area . My experience at Affiliated Troy has surpassed my expecations as far as compassionate and thorough service being provided. The providers stay on top of getting regular skin checks and when they are with you in the room, you feel like you are their ONLY patient. Top notch care!

This summer my son had a terrible case of poison ivy over his entire body. I brought him to see Dr. Cardelli and she was able to provide excellent patient care. The whole office was extremely helpful, especially the Medical Assistant that took her time to make sure his prescriptions were sent to pharmacy and explained to me in detail. It may be a wait to get in or in office, but I guarantee you it is worth it for the care they provide. He cleared up and was back to himself in no time.

I had no problem with the wait time. I had a 9:20 AM appointment and I was in the room by 9:30. My minor procedure was finished and I was out the door by 9:50. Staff was all very professional.

My experience with them has been wonderful but when I asked for a copy of my records i was informed that there would be a charge of $25.00 for a copy. Quite unacceptable! Lawrence Tracey
