Love this practice. The office is close to home, has convenient parking, staff is friendly and Dr. Kimbrough and her team are professional and caring. Getting an annual full body exam can be intimidating but I never feel overly exposed in the process and I’m always treated with respect. Like Dr. Cardelli before she retired, Dr Kimbrough listens to and addresses my concerns and I leave feeling confident that I’m good for another year.

I have only been to one other dermatologist previously for a skin check. That visit was amateur hour when compared to Dr Kimbrough. The check included scalp, extremities, and all areas of the trunk, as well as between the toes. She was very thorough. I do know something of medicine since I am past chief of surgery at St.John-Macomb hospital (20 years) . She is very impressive, competent, and friendly. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve been seeing Nicole, the esthetician, and she’s great—very cool, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything. I’ve had three chemical peels so far. I’ve seen a little improvement, but I was told upfront that it usually takes three or more treatments to really see a difference, so my expectations were realistic. Dr. Desai is hands down the finest dermatologist that I've ever had. He takes his time and does the most complete and detailed check ups that I've ever experienced. I'd give Dr. Desai 6 stars if possible.

My appointment with Megan was pleasant. She answered my questions and checked my skin for any concerning spots. She was thorough and professional. I appreciated her concerns for my skin health. I will return for my future appointments. I would like to add that the office and support staff are also professional and efficient. This is an office that lets the patients know that they are important.

The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional Mariah remove my sutures with no pain. Dr Kimbrough is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.
