After much planning and preparation and in order to better serve our patients, we will be opening the physical location of our practice in a limited capacity. The office will be open for patients whose concerns need to be addressed in person. Telehealth visits will still be available.
As we slowly transition back into seeing patients in the office, we want to let you know that your health and well-being are our top priorities. To keep you and our staff safe from the potential spread of the Covid-19 virus, we have put the following measures in place:
-
Parking Lot Waiting and Check-In: Patients will call upon arrival to be checked in, screened, and have any payment or copay collected before being called to enter the building. Please exercise social distancing when in the waiting area. Seating has been configured and reduced to assist.
-
Unless the patient has the need for a guardian or caretaker, only the patient being seen will be allowed to enter the office.
-
All patients are required to wear masks or some type of facial covering.
-
Office staff and patients will be practicing social distancing. Social distancing floor markers will be placed throughout the office.
-
Any required paperwork will be filled out and submitted online only.
-
Our patient restroom will be closed. Please use the nearest Unasource public restroom if needed.
-
Our facilities will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
-
Hand sanitizer is available for use and is placed about the building and office entries.
