Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $50 fee for a standard office visit or a $100 fee for surgical/procedural appointments. Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the same fees stated above. All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.
